Many divers experience nervousness or anxiety before a dive at some time or another. We’ll take you slowly step by step through all the necessary skills starting with setting up your dive gear, descending, neutral buoyancy to cleaning your dive gear after your dive. We’ll give you helpful advice and show you easy ways to overcome pre-dive nerves. This will improve diver safety and help you enjoy your dives even more.
